Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the product, we never sell your data, and we never show contact details from imported buyer lists on public pages.
1. What we collect
Account email — to create and sign you into an account. Waitlist email — the address you submit through the waitlist form, stored so we can let you know when the product is ready for you. We do not require or store payment card details on our servers.
2. Payments
Subscriptions are paid through Stripe Checkout, Stripe's hosted payment page. Card numbers and billing details go directly to Stripe under their own privacy policy; we only receive the confirmation that a subscription is active.
3. Sessions and storage
Login sessions are stored in your browser via Supabase Auth. Site data (properties, buyer directory, waitlist entries) is hosted on Supabase with public-read access for the directory pages only. Buyer-import contact details for unverified reference lists are never stored, and public directory pages never expose mailing addresses or ZIP codes.
4. What we do with your information
Your email is used to operate your account, respond to you, and — only if you joined the waitlist — notify you about launch. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We do not use tracking-advertising pixels on the site.
5. Your choices
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing portal, and you can stop receiving waitlist emails by replying "unsubscribe." To request deletion of an account or waitlist entry, email us (below) and we'll process it promptly.
